Steps

1. Equip Shotgun.
2. Align yourself between the fence and lamp post
3. Walk forward until rather the Double Head or Pendulum knock you between the gap
4. Walk forward and tap the R2 to aim to clip through the fence
5. Align yourself with the ledge out of bounds
6. Strafe right and press R2 to zip out of bounds
7. Run at a 176° angle to line up with the Church Door.
